Obituary
Carrboro, NC: Elizabeth Ann Linnan, age 92, of Carrboro, North Carolina died peacefully in hospice care with family present at her side on May 10, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Francis J. Linnan and loving mother of Patricia Brown (Paul), Laura Linnan, Barbara Maxstadt (James), James Linnan (Roma). She is survived by seven grandchildren: Kathy Brown, Erin Huff (Chris), Katie Werbowski, Sara Werbowski, Stephen Zablonski, Marisa Linnan, Jonathon Linnan and six great-grandchildren: Michael Brown, Clara and Lucas Huff, and Juliana, Gia and Joey Buoniconti. She is sister to the late Doris Fuhrmann and Robert Noody; and is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate her life at a 10:00 am mass at the Newman Catholic Student Center Parish, 218 Pittsboro Street, Chapel Hill, NC 27516 on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
