Obituary
Peggy Ann Walker, 67, of Snow Camp, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2022 at Alamance Regional Hospital.
Peggy loved doing craft projects, especially painting and taking care of many animals over the years. Above all else, her favorite thing was spending time with her grandkids.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Calvary Baptist Church (230 Williamson St, Burlington). The family will receive family and friends the hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow at Dr. Clyde M. Gilmore Memorial Park in Julian, NC. If you can, please wear Peggy's favorite color, Purple, to the service.
Family and friends will also be received at the home of Lawanda Sprauve.
Peggy is survived by her children, Lawanda Sprauve, Amanda Guerrero, Jamie (Javier) Gonzalez, Kenneth (Tonya) Walker, Kathrine (Arnold) Irby, Danielle (James) Cobb, and Danny (Sarah) Edmonds Jr.; eighteen grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one on the way; brothers, Jerry Martin, Bobby Martin, Jeffrey Martin; and sister, Judy Hamadou.
She was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings.
