Cowan, Troy Dwayne, 53, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 in Winston-Salem, NC.
Troy was born on March 13, 1970 in Alamance County, NC to Robert Wayne and Barbara Newman Cowan. He was huge fan of the “Ozzman”, Ozzy Osbourne. Troy is survived by his father, Robert Cowan and Vickie Davis; his mother, Barbara Strickland; a brother, Wayne Strickland and dear friends, Carolyn and Michael Locklear. He is preceded in death by paternal grandmother, Doris Cowan; his step father Frank Strickland, sister baby girl Strickland and friend Graham Locklear.
